By contracting with North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC for services you accept and understand that any vehicle (ie. motorcycle, trike or powersports vehicle with wheels) is required to be fully insured by the owner of the vehicle at the time of transport. North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC and all businesses related to our company will not be responsible, nor provide any representation that any vehicle transported is covered by any insurance or assumed protection coverage for damage beyond the existing coverage for that vehicle as provided by the owner of that vehicle. This disclaimer of coverage extends to any and all Sponsors, Partners or other Motorcycle or Powersports locations that may be involved with the transport of the vehicle. If the vehicle being transported does not have insurance coverage at the time of transport, or proof of insurance for the vehicle is not provided at the time of transport, the vehicle will be transported under the assumption that it is uninsured. No verbal, text or other forms of communication beyond a written and signed statement by the owner of North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC may alter this or any other condition stated on this page.
Terms and conditions
By contracting with North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC for transport services, you agree with all terms and conditions as stated by our company. North Texas Motorcycle LLC will, upon acceptance of a transport request, make every attempt to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to fluctuations in traffic and other road conditions. In the event of an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to contact the owner of the vehicle to update them on schedule changes. There will be no discounts or other agreements made in regards to delays that are not under the control of our company and drivers.
fraud or illegal activity
North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC operates under the laws of the State of Texas. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will not knowingly transport any vehicle involved with illegal activity. In the event of fraud related to transport of any vehicle, where North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC experiences detriment financially or reputationally, we reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies against the party(ies) participating in fraud.
marketing and communication
North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC does not use TEXT MESSAGING for advertisements or marketing. We communicate via TEXT only with customers who have initiated contact with our company (just send a text our our main number: 817-928-3363) and only to answer your questions pertaining your transport requests.

- How we collect your personal information: North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC may collect information through website form submissions, cookies, email correspondence, or offline interactions such as forms signed during service work, as well as pictures of your motorcycle.
- What personal information we collect: North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC may collect information including the Customer Name, Phone Number(s), Email Address and motorcycle specific information, such as year, make and model. We will also retain pictures of your motorcycle, completed forms for service and details of the transport event.
- How we use your personal information: North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC will only use the information we collect to support transport services that you contract with our company. Unless requested by our customers, we will not share their personal information with any outside business.
- How, why, and what personal information does North Texas Motorcycle Transport LLC share with third parties: The only information related to our customers that we may provide to third parties is related to all parties that are involved in the transport contracted services. For example if we are transporting your bike to a business, we will advise the business that we are transporting the bike on your behalf, as well as any additional information that you instruct us to share with that business.
- Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
