TRANSPORT FEES
Transport Fees are calculated based on total distances from our business to the pickup and delivery locations as determined by Google maps. For example if both the pickup and delivery locations are within 15 miles of our business, that radius applies. If either location is more than 15 miles from our business, the next higher transport fee schedule applies. We DO NOT charge "deadhead" mileage back to the base after delivery to another location like most tow companies.
Transport Fees are non-negotiable and must be paid at the time of pickup unless previously arranged by the Sponsor or Partner locations. Texas lien law applies to vehicles transported and may be exercised by our company in the event of fraudulent activities.
Motorcycles for transport must be free rolling and accessible with the transport vehicle and able to be loaded by a single driver. Please let us know if there are any conditions that could make the pickup or delivery of the bike difficult. Additional fees may be applied under the Optional Services section for bikes that are not rolling, accessible or need additional staff.
